Withdrawal of Councilors from Naga Council Dimapur

DIMAPUR, AUGUST 20 (MExN): The office of the Eastern Nagaland Peoples Union Dimapur has written to the President of Naga Council Dimapur withdrawing councilors from Naga Council Dimapur. The ENPUD informed that it was withdrawing all the Councilors representing Eastern Nagaland namely, Phom, Konyak, Chang, Yimchunger, Khiamniungan and Sangtam as per the direction and resolution by ENPO on 10.08.2012. The letter issued by A. Mosa Konyak, General Secretary ENPUD stated that violation by Councilors will be dealt as per resolution. “You are therefore requested to comply with the notice and inform the undersigned about the violation of the notice”, the letter to the Naga Council stated.
