KOHIMA, SEPTEMBER 4 (DIPR): The One Man Inquiry set up to inquire into the causes and circumstances into the incident on 31st August 2012 regarding the death body of one Kivikha Sumi, a resident of Kilotomi Village of Zunheboto district suspected to be a motorbike lifter was recovered from Kohima Village Panchayat Hall by the District Police and Administration. In this context an Inquiry will be conducted on 7th September 2012 in the Deputy Commissioner’s office Kohima from 10 a.m. onwards. Therefore all concerned parties i.e. KVYO, victim’s family members, concerned related NGOs, Police (IO), district administration and the accused UTP’s are required to be present/produced on the day. This was informed by Joint Secretary Justice & Law Department, Ngamjok Nonyak.
