6th Ntl Handloom Expo in Jan 2010; applications invited
Dimapur, December 21 (MExN): The Nagaland Handloom & Handicrafts Development Corporation (NHHDC) Ltd., Dimapur, is organising the 6th National Handloom Expo at General Field Main Stadium at Golaghat town, Assam, from January 6 to 20, 2010.
The 15-day expo will be sponsored by the office of the Development Commissioner (Handloom), Ministry of Textiles, government of India, New Delhi. NHHDC Managing Director, N Hushili Sema, in a press note has invited interested cooperative societies, NGOs, apex societies, SHGs, etc., to apply to the Project Cell, NHHDC Ltd., Half Nagarjan, Dimapur, on or before January 3, 2010, during office hours, or contact at phone numbers: 9436602955, 9436063173 or 9436603059. The stall shall be provided free of cost with Daily Allowances to each stall, while Travelling Allowance shall be provided to the participants from outside the state for 2nd class train/bus fare on production of original tickets, the note added.
