Governor to visit Mkg, Mopungchuket village



Mokokchung, March 22 (DIPR): Nagaland Governor, Nikhil Kumar will pay a two day visit to Mokokchung and Mopungchuket village on March 25 and 26. He will arrive at Mokokchung on 25th in the afternoon. People of Mokokchung town will accord a civic reception at Town Hall on March 26 at 10:00 am. After the civic reception the Governor will have interaction with representatives of NGOs and government officials led by Deputy Commissioner, C M Tsanglao at the same venue. Thereafter the Governor will visit Imkongliba Memorial Hospital, Mayangnokcha Government Higher Secondary School and the proposed site of P Shilu Park. The Governor will then proceed to Mopungchuket at 1:00 pm the same day. During his stay at Mopungchuket village, the Governor will visit Traditional Morung, Museum and Jena and Etiben Tower.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Commissioner, Mokokchung, C M Tsanglao has directed all heads of offices and staff in Mokokchung town to be in station as the Governor is likely to visit some departmental offices. The DC also instructed all heads of offices and staff to attend the civic reception at 10:00 am on March 26  at Town Hall.
