Axis Bank opened 7th ATM at Kohima

Kohima | February 9: Chief Secretary Lalthara today inaugurated the 7th ATM of Axis Bank, Kohima Branch at the premises of Nagaland Civil Secretariat, Kohima.
Speaking on the occasion, Lalthara said the Axis Bank is the most modernized bank and doing a good job in delivering banking service to the people.
Referring to the inclusive banking service where the state government is focusing on rural banking and expansion of banking services to unbank block in the state, he said the government also allotted 2 to 3 for Axis Bank to reach out to rural areas and hoped that it will do the same.
Axis Bank Kohima branch head Nipuni hoped that this new ATM will cater the urgent need of certain banking services of the staffs of civil secretariat and directorates.
The branch will be adding 2 to 3 ATMs in this current year, he said adding that the second branch of Axis Bank in Kohima is in the pipeline.
Nipuni thanked all valued customers and well wishers for their support and cooperation.
