Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio along with other honourable members seated on a log drum, which is used as carriage for transporting to the Khao-tsao-sey festival at Panso on February 9. CM inaugurated the BDO Office and DB's Customary Court at Panso under Tuensang district and also attended the Khao-tsao-sey festival as the chief guest. Parliamentary Secretary for Rural Development and REPA, Pangnyu Phom was the guest of honour. The CM was accompanied by Parliamentary Secretary for Fisheries, Relief & Rehabilitation and Stationery, S.
