ASU on HSLC, HSSLC, university examinations
Kohima, February 13 (MExN): In view of the scheduled HSLC, HSSLC and university examinations, the Angami Students’ Union wishes the student members appearing the exams all the very best.
The Union fervently appealed to the general denizens of Kohima to refrain from activities that may disturb the study environment of students. Uses of loud & noisy machineries such as in Rice mills, Saw mills, Building & Constructions etc, are directed to shut down after 4:00 PM, as also utilization of loudspeakers and horns must not exceed the perimeter of the events.

While deliberating to the private owned hostels to exercise strict regulations for to their wards, ASU warned on any unacceptable conduct of students frequenting the capital. The office reiterated that stern actions will be meted on detection.
The ASU has also come out in strong support to the Angami Public Organization’s statement, dated the February 3, 2012, on serious actions against illegal sale of intoxicant, liquors, banned items, and harboring anti-social elements.
Also applauding the Kohima Municipal Council initiative to cancel the trade license of erring business establishments who indulge in sale of IMFL and other banned items, ASU in the interest of the Students’ community and the general public will remain vigilant and resort for stringent action against such illegal activities.
