ACCC intensive tour concludes
Dimapur, June 26 (MExN): As scheduled, the intensive touring programme of the 3 Dimapur-III Assembly Constituency Congress Committee concluded today at Singrijan Unit. The ACCC Team lead by Wati Walling, President, ACCC visited Doyapur, Dhansiripar and Singrijan Units and conducted Party meetings with all the Unit office bearers and their frontal organization leaders separately in their respective Units.
A press note issued by Wati Walling, President, ACCC, 3 Dimapur – III A/C stated that the meetings were addressed by Aheto V. Yepthomi, General Secretary, NPCC among others. The NPCC General Secretary in his address exhorted and encouraged the Party workers to work enthusiastically so as to revamp and strengthened the Congress Party for the 3 Dimapur – III Assembly Constituency in particular so that the people of the Constituency may able to have their own MLA in the next Government. He encouraged the party men and women not to be disheartened for not having their own Party MLA at present, rather he exhorted them to work more by contacting people door to door so that they may be able to elect their own Party MLA in the forthcoming general Election that may be held sometime in early part of next year saying that the Congress Party is contemplating to field some good an able candidate in the coming Assembly Election to represent the people of the Constituency in particular.
