Toss won by Sparks, bat first and scored 169/5 in 20 overs. Jaideed 49 in 36 balls, Subhanker 50 in 40 balls and Hamrang 25 in 15 balls.  Montu Das of Valour 2 wickets, Imamul and Moakumzuk 1 wicket each.  In reply, Valour were all out in 105 in 19 over. Onen, Yampo Hamrang of Sparks 2 wickets each.
