We are deeply offended by the callousness of your concerned department for allowing a private individual to fill up a sections of NH-39 adjacent to the Oil Depot, Tadubi with loose mud by about 6 inches thick over the surface of the highway, in the process of excavating the private individuals plot for land development works. as such with daily heavy vehicular traffic taking place along the highway, huge volumes of dust are being generated all over the area coupled with sudden gust of wind, air pollution is becoming unbearable to tolerate the pollution.
Furthermore, it is also highly appreciated if repairing and maintenance of pot holes ion the town area is done on a priority basis instead of being done at non-residential location.
We have been anticpating your kind action to redress the problem over the last two three weeks. However, as no positive works have been taken up so far, we urge you to kindly take up the work on or before the 25th March 2010. Failing which we will be constrained to take up further course of action.
