Automated system of recruitment for AR rally
Dimapur, November 7 (MExN): An automated system of recruitment has been introduced for the on going Assam Rifles Recruitment Rally at Dimapur. All the candidates have been issued a call up letter from the Directorate General of Assam Rifles Shillong for participating in the Rally. Candidates have come from various states of the country.
Today candidates from 21 states including Meghalaya, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram and Nagaland are put through ground test and documentation. November 8, candidates from Uttar Pradesh and OBC of Rajasthan will be screened and on November 9, candidates from Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, J & K and West Bengal will be screened. Special efforts were made by the Presiding Officer and recruitment teams to ensure candidates are provided with full satisfaction and all their quarries are cleared. It has been reported that a large number of candidates are not meeting height and chest requirements.
A press release received here informed that Presiding Officer announced that any outstanding sportsmen of National/State level will be given priority. A written test will be conduct after the ground test. First time Dimapur is witnessing very efficient and peaceful conduct of the Recruitment Rally. Presiding Officer also advised all the candidates to display self discipline and project a good image of their state to which he belongs while his stay in Dimapur. Presiding Officer also informed that a special recruitment rally is also being organized at Mokokchung for Nagaland candidates.
The excellent discipline shown by all the candidates has been appreciated by the Presiding Officer. Presiding Officer also thanked the local candidates and the citizens of the Dimapur for accommodating such a large number
of candidates from other states and providing excellent hospitality.
