Rio mourns Zaselhoutuo demise



Kohima, November 26 (MExN): The Chief Minister of Nagaland, Neiphiu Rio has expressed shock over the demise of Zaselhoutuo who died this morning at the age of 62 years. The CM in a condolence message said that late Zaselhoutuo was “very active” in politics and was a leader of NPF in 9th Western Angami area. “I had a long association with him and found him to be very active in public life and committed to the welfare of his feelow beings. His concern made him to be the Village Council Chairman of Secü for 15 years in three terms.”
The note also added that he was recognized by the state for his services as he was conferred with the Governor’s Medal and that his death is a great loss to a large section of the public “particularly the community of Secü area”.
The CM also added that at this moment of grief and sorrow, his my wife joins him in conveying their heartfelt condolences to the members of the bereaved family and may the almighty grant them solace and courage to withstand the irreparable loss.
