14 IR recruitment rally at Mon
Mon, October 7 (DIPR): Recruitment rally for the post of Constable (GD) for 14th NAP (IR) Battalion at Mon HQ will be held on October 23 at Mon HQ.
The recruitment rally will consist of physical, written and oral tests. Minimum Education Qualification prescribed for the post is class - VIII (eight) passed from a recognized School of the Board Examination. Minimum Physical Standard required is:
(i). Height - 259 ½ cm
(ii). Chest- (a) 78 cm (normal) (b) 83 cm (expanded)
(iii) Weight - proportionate to height as per medical standard
(VI) Age qualification as prescribed is minimum 18 years and the maximum age is 25 years as on 01/10/2008.
The candidate would be put to the following tests:
(i) Outer Test, which include endurance, obstacles and other physical test
(ii)Written Test and
(iii) Oral Interview
Intending candidates should submit their applications in plain paper addressed to the SP, Mon, with the following personal particulars :- (a) Name. (b) Father’s Name (c) Age (d) Present address (e) Permanent address (f) Educational qualification (g) Tribe (h) Nationality.
The application should be attached with attested copies of birth certificate, educational qualifications, indigenous inhabitant certificate, employment exchange card, along with three recently taken passport size photographs. A Gazetted officer must attest all the documents. Application should reach the office of the SP Mon on or before October 15, 2008. Any application received after the expiry date will not be accepted. Incomplete application will be summarily rejected. The Board reserves the right to reject any application without giving any specific reason. The recruitment Test will commence on October 23, 2008 at 08.00 Hrs at Mon HQ.
