Ex. UG Khellers issue 15 days eviction notice
Dimapur, April 12 (MExN): The Ex. Underground Khellers of Industrial Village Razhuphe (IVR), Dimapur has alleged that ‘illegal development’ have been taking place by some miscreant encroachers at the Village Land allotted to about 60 Ex-UG for their re-settlement as per recommended by various Deputy Commissioner of the State.
A press note issued by T.L Angami, chairman, IVR and Theja Angami, sessional secy, Ex. UG Khellers stated that the Ex. UG Khellers has decided to serve a fifteen days notice to those miscreant encroachers in order to remove their illegal building materials etc. from the said land. It was also added, that the said notice will be counted from this date of publication.
The note further stated that regarding the issue of Ex. Underground Khellers file for the said land, a team will also go to the office and approach the concern Magistrate with their lawyers for the reason as to why their file has been reportedly missing from the office, and also to ascertain the position of the said file for continuation of the case for final settlement.
The house has further resolved to call another meeting of the Ex. Underground Kheller on May 8, 2012 at 11:00 am in the same place after the expiry of the said fifteen days notice publication for further follow-up action. The resolutions have been resolved unanimously in a meeting scheduled by the Ex. UG Khellers on April12, 2012 at the residence of T.L Angami, chairman of Industrial Village Razhuphe.
