Nagaland CMs welcomes returnees

Kohima, May 23 (MExN): Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio today extended his welcome to the stranded citizens of Nagaland returning to the state from all parts of the country.
“I welcome the citizens of #Nagaland who've started returning home from all parts of the country,” Rio stated in a tweet on May 23.
He further requested them to obey the guidelines and advisories issued by the government on hygiene, safe distancing etc. and strictly adhere to quarantine rules.
Many stranded citizens from the state have started returning home in recent days from outside. On May 22, the first special train carrying over 1469 people stranded citizens reached Dimapur from Chennai. Another train from Gurugram, Haryana is expected to reach Dimapur on May 24.
In addition, many stranded citizens are arriving to the state via different mode of transportation.
