It is understood Natwar Singh has finally and reluctantly tendered his resignation under the pressure from the high command. Why should he be stripped off the cabinet post alone? Natwar should be disrobed of his MP post and all the pertaining facilities and benefits as well till he is established as a clean man.
Further, it is important that a cleaning broom should be used to sweep much tainted RJD’s Laloo and the like who have done enough disservice to the country. No matter what it may cost for the party’s fall from the power but it will earn a lasting dividend in future by way of boosting its credibility and people’s trust. Isn’t it the best policy to win the lost confidence of the people? Let the party emerge triumphantly in the next term as the only cleanest and most trusted party to rule the nation. Cleansing oneself of ills must be the best policy.
