As a concerned citizen to help the general public fight and keep oneself safe and aware of the current pandemic, a self-assessment tool has been developed and made for the public to use.
The tool is very straight-forward and easy to use and navigate. First, launch the below URL from your computer, smartphone devices and enter your details. Click on the Start Assessment button and on the proceeding page, answer the questionnaire and submit the assessment. The results of your self-assessment will be displayed in the results page with the assessment risk scoring of Low, Medium or High. Depending on the rating, recommendations will be provided to the user.
