Kyong Hoho supports Government’s decision over bogus appointments

Dimapur, September 19 (MExN): The Kyong Hoho has stated today that it "strongly supports" the government’s decision to firmly deal with the corruption in issuing “fake and bogus appointment” orders. However, it also extends its sympathy to the genuine aggrieved teachers.

The Kyong Hoho in a press note issued by its General Secretary stated that it has been minutely observing this issue and following all the press statements given by various groups and individuals in this matter. It added: “ The press note issued by the School education department, Kohima in Nagaland post dated 14th Sept 2010 Vide No. –EDS/A-6/2009, Dated Kohima the 13th Sept ‘2010 gives clear evidence based on which the department had taken the action to terminate/cancel all fraudulent appointments after issuing Show Cause notice.”

The Kyong Hoho therefore finds no reason why any group or individual should personalize the issue. Any official implementing government orders/directions does so as government official and not in individual capacity. Therefore it is not advisable for any group or individual to express their resentment against such particular person/Official of the Government, the note said.
