Mission Calling

LO, HE COMES

Composed on 15, October 1997 Hong Kong

"Behold, I'm coming", said the Lord, "To take My own"
Yes, the Lord is coming; He's coming very soon.
All creation wait for the great day of the Lord.
Every eye shall see Him when He comes in the cloud.

He'll come first to the cloud and calls His own to Him.
The redeemed who are dead will rise up from their graves.
Their bodies though decayed be revived as before.
Their resurrected bodies will be glorious ones.

The living, those who are still alive will not die
But their bodies be transformed like that of the Lord
And together with them who arise from the graves
Will ascend in the cloud to meet the Lord Jesus.

This be the day of separation and mourning.
Two be in one bed: one be taken and one left,
Two be in the field: one be taken and one left.
Eternal separation, - Oh what a sad day!

But the eyes which once filled with tears will the Lord dry,
The hearts which were broken of anguish be consoled.
The darkness which filled the souls be driven away.
Oh what a meeting will that be, when we see Him!

WOE TO THE INHABITANT
OF THE EARTH

Composed on 15th October 1997 Hong Kong

When the redeemed of the Lord are taken away
The earth will mourn for their rejection of God's grace.
There will be great tribulation upon the earth.
Woe to the inhabitants of the earth for it.

Horrible wars will there be among the people.
Nations will go on conquering and to conquer.
Peace be taken away; the earth will not know it.
Severe famine ev'ry where make people famished.

Awesome natural calamity will be there.
Hail and fire mingled with blood be thrown upon men.
Springs and their rivers will produce bitter water.
The climate will be extremely hot and scorching.

Bottomless pit be opened and smoke will come out.
The host of demons will torture men horribly.
People will seek to die but death will fly away.
The pain and suffering be immeasurable.

The demons ridding upon the fiery horses
Will destroy people with fire, and smoke and brimstones.
There'll be foul and loathsome sore upon the people..
Az b The sun will become too hot to scorch the people.

These days will be the days of horror and great pain
But it will be the beginning of suffering
Because those who reject the grace of God in Christ
Will proceed to hell to spend their eternity.

THE HIGH PRIEST FOR US

Composed on 15th October 1997 Hong Kong

JESUS, You are my High Priest seated on the throne.
You laid down Your total life for me on the cross.
You donated Your blood without reservation,
They complete my salvation for eternity.

My PAST is settled, my PRESENT is protected,
My FUTURE is secured by Your own sacrifice.
When err and become weak You intercede for me.
Oh what an Intercessor my High Priest have I!

When the enemy comes against me like a wave
And accuses me before the Most Holy Judge
You advocate for me and make me justified .
Oh, yes, I am justified for eternity!

With all Your Authority, seated on the Throne,
You guide me and lead me through Your Holy Spirit.
Oh what an infinite Treasure You are to me!
YOU’RE my Savior Now, in Eternity my King.

THE DAY THE DEATH DIED

Composed on 14th October 1997 Hong Kong

The red letter day in the annals of mankind
The  day that killed the death from the mortal body,
The day of conquest over hell and its master,
On the third day dawned, the day of resurrection !

After the Sabbath, at the dawn of the first day,
Mary Magdalene and other godly women,
To anoint the Master came early to the tomb
With spices and sweet ointment, the best they possessed.

There was a great earthquake and light over the tomb.
An angel of God came down from heaven and said,
"Fear not, Jesus Who was crucified is not here;
He is risen, and see the place where He was laid."

They found the linen clothes which bound Him were lying there.
His body came out of them; nothing could hold Him. .
Disciples held Him by the feet and worshipped Him.
His body was buried; the same body came out.

"Behold my hands and my feet that it's I Myself,
Handle Me for a spirit has no flesh and bones".
Thus He spoke and said again, "Have you any food?"
They gave Him broiled fish and honey and He ate them.

He said, "I am the Resurrection and the Life".
He died to make the mortal body immortal,
To raise the lowly body to glorious body.
How sweet to know Him Who raises the death to life.
