Rejoinder - Private Schools shine but Government Schools results nil

Just to supplement why private school excels-toppers but vice-versa the Government Schools nil results. In accordance with the comparative study pertaining to the set ups of private institutions- no political interface regarding teachers appointments but done purely – no merit basis. No frequent transfer of teachers on political ground. No such system exists of self-transfer of teachers along with the post of their favorite place of schools. Never crazy for next promotion instead of fully renders their best service for the sake of students academy only.

More discipline in all round development systems. Never bothers about political backing, where as in government schools even the authorities can be threatened with dire consequences by the mere four grades if deals with strict adherence to the duty roles. Another instance, SIS (so called School Inspectors) recently up graded II class gazetted officers, whereby they don’t have any duty at all, nothing contributes for improvement of schools good results but simply draws handsome salary and enjoy II class gazetted officers status for home, and now persuing arter higher promotion, while the school teachers sudders and struggles hard but then in return condemned and blamed only. Moreover, the private institutions, no such any SIS is required or needed.

Lady teachers dare not venture to remote schools if even promoted, so also most of the male government teachers rush to town schools. In many government schools, it is half- recognized and in such schools asstt. Headmaster is posted without Headmaster that just lingers on and on further progress.

In many GHS school –Maths and Science teachers’ epidemic is prevalent, no Maths and Science teachers are appointed, instead of Arts graduates are appointed in such vacant posts.

Above all majority of the students hail from economically and educational handicap backgrounds enroll in the government school but all the brilliant and good materials are exported to the private institutions. Such are some of the highlights that cause poor results in government schools. But you and I to be blamed there’s non other. The Chinese proverb says- When we point to other’s fault with our two fingers still the three fingers points back to us. So it is wiser not to yield into criticism , instead of with one accord let us find out the solution for future prospect and quality education through radical changes starting from grass root level to the topmost rather than condemning and discouraging one another.
