We the undersigned on behalf of the Kiphire Town Sangtam Students’ Union (KTSSU) and on behalf of the Sangtam students’ in Kiphire Town rejects the DISSOLUTION AZHA (NO/CAO/USR/GEN-1/135-136/96-05) dated oking November 17 Which appeared on November 25 issued by Y.Vitoshe Sangtam, under which it said that the United Sangtam Likhum Bumji (USLB) the apex organization of Sangtam community was declare dissolve.
Sangtam living in different parts of Nagaland are united under USLB and whatever issues arises it took judicious decision in the interest of the Sangtam people.
The matter of dissolution will arrived only by the people as per the constitution, not by any other organization. The Dissolution Order issued by the NSCN (IM) USR is unconstitutional and not acceptable. Therefore, the KTSSU never accept the wrong declaration of the Dissolution Azha rather reaffirm to strengthen the solidarity of the USLB.
