Dimapur, September 28 (MExN): Dimapur-based civil society organisations have called for a total ‘shutter down’ on Thursday, September 30 to show resentment against the recent government order on September 7 regarding “Shifting of branches/cells to new Deputy Commissioner’s Office Complex Chümoukedima.”
The proposed ‘shutter down’ would be enforced from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and would exempt medical dealers and pharmacies, the Dimapur District Citizens’ Forum Media Cell informed on Tuesday.
In this connection the forum also informed that the CSOs would be submitting an ultimatum to the Nagaland Chief Minister through Dimapur Deputy Commissioner on September 29 and requested all the concerned members of the affiliated tribal and non-tribal communities to gather at the Dimapur DC office by 9:00 am on Wednesday.
