Wood bridge connection between Mission & Rukizu colony

The wooden bridge constructed between Mission colony and Rukizu colony in Pfütsero town.

 

Phek, July 30 (MExN): Due to incessant rain the 2-Land (SARDP) road between Mission colony and Rukizu colony, Pfütsero town was completely cut off.

 


However, with the initiative lead by Chakhesang Baptist Church Council, Executive Secretary and staffs in co-ordination of Pfütsero town public leader temporarily constructed wooden bridge for light vehicles with the help of Pfütsero Town dwellers, informed a joint statement issued by Mission Colony Pfütsero Town, Chairman Vesapa Chiero and Rukizu Colony Pfütsero, Chairman Huto Theluo.

Minister of Planning Coordination, Land Revenue and Parliamentary Affairs Neiba Kronu and Rev Zupelhi Mero supported through financial and material contribution for constructing the wooden bridge for the welfare of Center Chakhesang and Chorki range and Pfütsero town.

 


KKB contractor Kezhaleo Rulhofor contributed in the renovation of approach road and continued maintenance to ply in the division Road to NH-29.

 


Meanwhile, the two colonies have made an appeal to the NHIDCC and contractors KKB to restore and complete the landslide area in particular and within Pfütsero town area in general at the earliest for the welfare of the public.
