Dimapur, May 2 (MExN): Christian Forum Dimapur (CFD) has requested all the church leaders of Dimapur to attend the Solidarity Prayer for Manipur to be held at Bethesda Celebration Centre, Central Colony, Walford, Dimapur from on May 3 from 6:00 am – 7:00 am.
The prayer will be held under the theme ‘Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ (Gal 6:2)’. The programme leader will be Nini Sekhose with opening prayer by Rev Dr N Paphino; welcome & introduction by Rev Moses Murry. The prayer leader will be Dr Alem Sangtam.
Some of the prayer point includes: Pray for the families who have lost their loved ones during the violence; Pray that the government will allow the churches to be rebuilt; Pray for the restoration of peace and understanding in Manipur; Pray for the Central and State government leaders that the wisdom of God will prevail upon them to take the right decision; Pray for the unity amongst the Christian leaders and revival in Manipur and others. The mass thanksgiving prayer and benediction will be done by Rev. Vangphong Phom.
