Zunheboto, March 31 (MExN): The Zunheboto Area Church Leaders’ fellowship SBAK-Aizuto youth camping was held under the theme ‘trust in the Lord’ at Tizu River on March 30 and 31.

Dr Vihuto Asumi, General Secretary, Sumi Hoho speaking at the inaugural programme called on the campers to have integrity. “A person with integrity does right when even no one is watching and a person who possesses it is always instrumental for the society,” he said.

Dr Vihuto reminded that the next generation depends upon the young people whose minds are pure and encouraged the youths to have positive mindsets and be agents of change in our society. He added that in this age of fast pace developing technological world, “we cannot be averse to technology, but the minds of our young people should be trained to be responsible and use social media positively.”

He stated that the sleep deprivation and addiction to video gaming and social media effects both physical and mental health leading to anxiety, depression and even up to suicides. Know the limits, choose the right and be responsible, he advised.
