Dimapur, September 5 (MExN): Nagaland Minister for Higher Education & Tribal Affairs Temjen Imna Along on Sunday conveyed appreciation and respect to all the teachers for the immense selfless services and sacrifices rendered towards the society especially during the global pandemic.
“Our teachers have gone the extra mile to adjust to the given situation and have made great efforts to impart quality education through online classes which is not a mere feat— this role deserves rich accolades,” he said his message.
Stating that nothing can ever replace or compensate the role of teachers, the minister noted that teachers have helped in shaping millions of dream into reality. Innovation, creativity and motivation are the traits that are omnipresent in our teachers; without them, our society would be in chaos and would not have progress thus far, he added.
“Our teachers persistently inspire us to do our best and strive towards our goals; endowed with dedication and perseverance: they are our friend, our philosopher and guide,” the message stated.
