Sümi Hoho excommunicates two for involvement with Naga Hoho

ZUNHEBOTO, APRIL 27 (MExN): The Sümi Hoho has debarred two person from participating in any social and religious events of the Sümi community for a period of six years for “involvement in the Naga Hoho activities.”

The resolution, was made during an executive committee meeting convened on April 27 at Sümi Hoho Ki, Zunheboto. 
It stated that the two person went against the resolution of the Sümi Hoho and involved in activities linked to the “non-existent entity known as Naga Hoho, which holds no significance for the Sümi,” and therefore undermined the integrity of the entire Sümi tribe. 

It also stated that the organization known as "Sümi Aphuyemi Hoho," lacking a mandate and persistently disregarding the Sümi Hoho's resolution to dissociate from Naga Hoho, is banned with immediate effect.
