SBAK Aizuto women’s ministry celebrates platinum jubilee

DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 21 (MExN): The women’s ministry of the Sumi Baptist Akukuhou Kuqhakulu (SBAK) Aizuto celebrated its 75th year of existence under the theme 'Called to be Christlike' (Khristo Kimihi Shipeni Ke Kulu) on November 20 and 21 at the Sumi Christian centre Aizuto.

During the inaugural session, the platinum jubilee stone was inaugurated and dedicated by Rev Mulato Chishi, Executive Secretary, SBAK Aizuto and on November 21, Er Picto Shohe, MLA inaugurated the Edna Anderson garden that was built in memory of the wife of Rev. Anderson, the first Christian missionary that came to the Sumi region.

Delino I Chophy, Women’s Secretary, SBAK Aizuto spoke during the inaugural session and Rev Mulato Chishi, Executive Secretary, SBAK Aizuto spoke on the last session.
