DIMAPUR, OCT 22 (MExN): Taking exception to the unabated deterioration in natural resources, the J.P.Y.O the apex youth front on the advice of Jalukie Pumling Nkwa expressed its firm commitment to check all kinds of activities which proves disastrous to its eco-friendly natural habitat.
“It has been found that activities like, fishing with intoxicating chemical substances, battery, cracker bombs, lime etc. hunting wild animals and shooting of birds are carried out enormously in its jurisdiction over the past few months.
As such the JPYO has decided to check and carry out strict prohibition on the matters and stern action shall be taken against the defaulters hence, the JPYO caution the public in general to be aware at prior before thing run out and in which JPYO further look forward at public support and cooperation to preserve and keep a sound natural habitats at Jalukie valley”, stated a pree communiqué issued by N. Elia Information and Publicity Secretary JPYO.
