The Creator created man and woman but disappeared from them. Communication between the Creator and the creatures is through the mind and dreams only. Men and women are guided and controlled by their desire, ambition, need and fear. They have the fear of unseen beings which are believed to be super being who can protect, do harm or give fortune, they worship the super beings in accordance with their dreams and experiences. So there are different religious beliefs and practices all over the world.
Today there are many different religions. There are major religions such as Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Shintoism, Sikhism and others. All religions believe that there is a Creator of the heavens and the earth. Different religions perform different religious rites according to different beliefs and one religions is intolerant of another religion. So religious intolerance is a problem among human societies in the world. Some religions do violence against other religious groups claiming that their religion is the true religion and the other is not. They perpetrate evils on others thinking that it pleases God.
From time immemorial up to now, the Creator revealed Himself to humankind in different ways. Through the revelation of God Himself to humankind we came to know that the Creator God is the everlasting life, Omnipotent and Omniscient. He is holy, righteous, just, perfect, loving kind, infallible and is no respecter of persons. He hates sin and all sorts of evil and wickedness and He likes humbleness and goodness and hates arrogance. He rewards good and evil according to the deeds. His characteristics are perfect.
Every man and woman is bound to face inner battle in life. Human beings have high intellect and are highly sensitive. So unless the mind is guided and strengthened by the word of God and prayer, it can easily go astray and it cannot withstand any test of time, temptation or trial or depression or loneliness. Carnal mind has vacuum without the Spirit of God. Mental battle is the fiercest battle.
As a matter of fact, God pours out His Spirit upon the true believers. Those who are anointed by the Spirit tremendously experience what God is. First of all, they feel remorse for their past sins and confess their sins. They experience peace and joy which the world does not know. The unique experience such as ecstasy, Spiritual gifts, love for God and for fellow men and women. Forgiveness and reconciliation which was impossible in the past became possible. Broken families are restored and wayward children are changed. Churches are fully packed morning and night every day listening to the word of God, praising God and praying to God. Tears of joy and love is shed. Outpouring of the Holy Spirit is a phenomenal experience. John Buchman the founder of Moral Rearmement said, “I want to see that the world is governed by men governed by God.” The Spirit of God alone can change the world through the instrumentality of His obedient children. The perfect Creator can make the world next to the Paradise but human beings failed to know Him and obey Him.
There is only one Creator and Lord. The Creator is the Father of all human beings and all human beings are His children. Out of ignorance, human beings worship many different imaginary beings other than the Creator. All human beings have to know Him and to give loyalty to Him only. If you and I miss Him and worship a wrong imaginary being, what a great loss it will be ! Should you and I be fanatic in superstitious belief ? Do you believe handicraft . Can handicraft, stone, trees and animals represent God? If one is on board of a wrong train, what will be the destination? The only true Creator of the heavens and the earth will save us.
The world is to be built up on the foundation of human relationship with God, “KNOW GOD, BELIEVE IN HIM, FEAR HIM AND OBEY HIM.” This is the fundamental of human life. Deviating from it is an alienation from God. This is the basis, guidance and focus of all human beings. No human being can defy it. The more it is honoured, and obeyed the better. It is not religion but human&nb sp; ethical relationship with God. The world will have no confusion and chaos if the world is clear about the law or human ethics of relationship with God.
If all human beings know God, believe in Him, fear Him and obey Him, all human beings will be systematic and symmetrical in human relationship with God and with fellow men and women. Performing religious rites divides fellow human beings but being competitive to imbibe in the characteristics of God embraces all. It is a healing process and it creates consistency. The law or human ethics of relationship with God saved the family of Noah from the destruction of the world by flood when all of the people perished. There has been flood in various forms in the world and the way of security is, “KNOW GOD , BELIEVE IN HIM, FEAR HIM AND OBEY HIM.”
Religion has failed to bring about human unity because of religious intolerance. Secularism has failed because it seeks unity without the Lord. Politics has failed to bring about unity because politics seeks after building up self-image. Civilization has failed because civilized people are more prone towards materialism and materialists are more prone towards degeneration. Human ethics of relationship with God seeks to do any thing by having relationship with God and with fellow men and women. It seeks relationship between the Creator and humankind and between man and man because having the right relationship with God corresponds to having good relationship with fellow men and women. The law of relationship with God which is human ethics of relationship with God is always the basis of every thing and every thing is in recognition of it.
Mountains of barriers or walls which cannot be addressed or penetrated by religions or politics can be addressed or penetrated by human ethics of relationship with God with the language of human ethics because the unwritten human ethical laws are universal laws. If mountains of barriers or walls can be penetrated and removed, odds of problems also can be removed. Through the platform of human ethics, the deepest and darkest superstitious beliefs and wrong concepts and philosophy can be surfaced to light.
“KNOW GOD, BELIEVE IN HIM, FEAR HIM AND OBEY HIM,” is in recognition of His creations of us and our obligation to honour His Lordship. He is our Creator and His laws are the creator of our upright way of life. Human beings are wanderers on the earth without the word of God. Human body alone cannot live and do anything without the head. Human beings attempt to live and to do any thing without the head which is the cause of the failure. The law or ethical human relationship with God is the basis, guidance and focus of the upright life of human beings. Nothing is wiser, better , greater, higher, deeper and happier than this in the world. No school of thought can challenge it. If there is any element of truth which can challenge it, it is welcome. If not, accept it and give paramount importance to it. If so, the world will find that it is good. A day be set aside to be observed as a day of thanksgiving for God’s creations every year.
