Regarding investigation into the irregularities in VRS Scheme at defunct Sugar Mill, I was accused by a vested departmental officials and individuals in the VRS Scam for which I was questioned and investigated by the vigilances team for 7 hours in detailed and again summoned by the High Court’s twice and even by the Industry Department for several times. Also CBI inquiry for 7 times 11/2 years, lastly summoned by DC Judicial Dimapur for light computer test sign to Delhi etc.these are in brief of what had happened within five years span time, I have faced many hardship this period of time family economy has been hampered sleepless unrest and on the moral ground it is a CHARACTER ASSASSINATION but knowing that the truth shall prevail. On 7th April, 2007 I was requested for Chairman by the Adhoc Committee and elected me as a chairman to look after the matter, which against to no one or there is no profit motive behind it.
Inspite of proof and evidence given to the concern authority about my noninvolvement in then scam, but I did not get satisfactory response from the department’s instead take me prolong for which I appeal R.T.I. but also refuse by the department 4 times at last R.T.I. as a result the Commission furnished all details and disposed of the complete disclosure of which information is sought on 28th Jan’09 as declared by the Commission there is no such name as Azheto and Visheto on an involvement of any organization as such knowing the fact that the corruption is within the Industry Department bureaucrats.
My stand point is that after knowing the fact who we are to blame now? It is like save one Barrabbas and crucifies truth (Jesus) but betrayer and thieves also die with the truth, Roman Government wash their hand but ours Government put their hands. What will be our present Government? Covereth sins never prosper. It is abominations to God and nations.
