• Yes. They are definitely a nuisance, especially in Kohima where the roads are so small and the number of vehicles is increasing day by day. I feel that Traffic jams are made worse by VIP escorts. And they never take the correct turn round the Traffic Police Stand. And to think that these people are supposed to be law-makers and law-keepers.
