DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 7 (MExN): The 10th Inter-Departmental Tournament in Peren District commenced with an inaugural ceremony at the Indoor Stadium in Jalukie on November 7. Meru encouraged participants to embrace the spirit of sportsmanship, wishing the tournament a successful run. The three-day event includes competitions in badminton, carrom, table tennis, penalty shootouts, chess, and arm wrestling.
The program, chaired by EAC Jalukie Sizin Rentta, opened with an invocation led by JTLBC Evangelist Rampauwalie, setting a tone of community and sportsmanship for the tournament ahead.
