Wokha, February 8 (MExN): NRSA defeated Tsumang Football Club by 2-1 to enter the semi finals in the ongoing 11th Lotha Football Championship 2022 played at local ground Wokha.
Mhonthung goal in the 16th minute gave Tsumang FC a lead, but Meribemo found the equalizer for NRSA in the 43rd minute, later in the 58th minute Kenumdi scored the winning goal for NRSA making them the third team to enter the semi finals.
In the fourth quarters A1 Tsungiki outplayed Titans XI by 7-2, Senlo Kent and Nyithong both scored two goals each while Yiben, Kekhrie Angami and Hatsabemo scored a goal each for A1 Tsungiki.
OC Police Station Wokha, Chenithung Kikon graced the 3rd quarter’s finals as the match patron.
The first semi finals match will be played between Friends Club Wokha Village Vs NRSA, while the second Semi finals will be played between Longsa Sports Association and A1 Tsungiki.
