Thuda FC, Khumiasü FC, Crystals FC and Meluri Town FC today booked semi final berth after registering win in their respective quarter final matches at the 12th Edition of the Pochury Black Day Memorial Cup 2026 at Meluri on Tuesday.
In the first Quarter-Final, Thuda FC produced a commanding performance to defeat Molen FC by 6-2, securing their place in the Semi-Finals.
The second Quarter-Final saw Khumiasü FC record a convincing 2-0 victory over Comets FC.
In the third Quarter-Final, Crystals FC delivered a strong defensive and attacking display to overcome Matikhrü FC by 3-0.
The last Quarter-Final witnessed an exciting goal-filled encounter, with Meluri Town FC defeating Jaya FC by 5-3 to complete the semi-final lineup.
The semi-final matches, scheduled for September 23, will be graced by Limatemsu Longkumer, Superintendent of Police, Meluri and Shelley Katiry, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Meluri as the Match Patrons.
