Nagaland reported 2 fresh COVID-19 cases over the past week (June 4-10), including 1, which was reported by the state Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme on June 10.
As per the daily bulletin, June 10, the new case from Longleng was symptomatic, whose condition was described as “mild.” It took the tally of active cases to two with the other, which was earlier reported from Dimapur on June 4, described as asymptomatic.
The sample positivity rate for the day was 3.1 percent (1 out of 32 samples). The total fatality stood at 757, besides 4 other “non-COVID deaths with COVID-19 positivity.”
