Kitsubozou YS, Mhakenyi Kro-u FC and Twelve Tribe United FC today registered wins in their respective matches and qualified for the next round of the ongoing 21st NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2021 here at Indira Gandhi Stadium under the theme ‘Goal for peace’.
Kitsubozou YS defeated Gorillas FC 2-1 in the first match of the day with Nusezo Kezo netting both the goals for Kitsubozou YS. The lone goal for Gorillas FC came through Vikeduolie Ambros.
Meanwhile, Mhakenyi Kro-u FC overpowered Titans FC 2-1. Yhanshalo Kemp’s brace helped the Mhakenyi Kro-u FC trump the solitary goal for Titans FC scored by Nosal Pucho.
In the last match, 12 Tribes United FC defeated Chedema United 3-2. Nahugom contributed two goals for 12 Tribes United FC while Nyeiyang netted another goal for the team. Neikedozo and Keneisezo fetched a goal each for Chedema United.
Earlier, on Thursday, Head Hunters routed Phezou SC Tsiesema 11-1. United Falcon Medziphema blanked United Brothers FC Khutsami 4-0 in the second match while Mele FC registered a win over Highlander’s FC 4-2 via tie- breaker.
