25th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy: Chedema VYO enter finals

Chedema Village Youth Organization today downed Sechü Zubza FC and secured a finals berth of the ongoing 25th anniversary edition of the NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2025 at Indira Gandhi Stadium Kohima.

In the first semi finals played here today, Chedema Village Youth Organization defeated Sechü Zubza FC 2-1.

Benjamin and T. Zemik netted a goal each for the winning team Chedema Village Youth Organisation.

Lalminglu Vankal netted a lone goal for Sechü Zubza FC.

Wangpang Konyak, Advisor, Social Welfare, was the match patron and handed over “Player of the Match” award to T. Zemik of Chedema VYO.

Road to Semi Final – 2nd Match

Anal Lenruwl Tangpi advanced to the semi-finals of the tournament. Their journey to the last four was marked by a series of commanding victories, which included a 1-0 win over Kirha FC, a 6-1 thrashing of Jakhama Youth Organization, a 3-0 victory against Nagaland Police, and a 3-1 triumph over Kuki United. The team has netted a total of 13 goals while conceding only two.

Nagaland United Sports Club (NUSC), stormed into pre-quarter finals with a resounding 7-0 win over Dimapur Chaos, followed by a 2-1 victory against Mao Students’ Union. The club has scored a total of 9 goals and conceded just one in its campaign so far.
