The 2nd Nagaland Women Futsal League 2026 will commence from May 11 at 5:00 PM at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima. Kohima Red Tigresses will face Pink Panthers Kohima in the inaugural match.
Zhothisa Dawhuo, Secretary, Women Resource Development department, Govt of Nagaland, will grace the opening ceremony as the special guest.
The opening ceremony will be chaired by Temjensangla, Joint Secretary, Youth Resources & Sports department, Government of Nagaland while welcome address will be delivered by Nagaland Football Association (NFA) president K. Neibou Sekhose.
The champion will carry a cash prize of Rs. 60,000 while 2nd and 3rd position will get Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 40,000 respectively.
There will also be individual awards for best player, best goal keeper, top scorer, most valuable player including best discipline team.
The tournament is organised by the Department of Youth Resources & Sports, Govt of Nagaland in collaboration with NFA.
Anthony Ngullie, Secretary, Youth Resources & Sports, Govt of Nagaland will grace the closing ceremony on May 13.
