3rd St Joseph University Heritage Diem 2025 held

Chümoukedima, October 17 (MExN): The 3rd St Joseph University Heritage Diem 2025 was held on the theme “Crafting Futures: Heritage, Innovation, and Youth Empowerment” at the SJU auditorium hall, followed by an exhibition at the seminar hall. 

The event, which included a session at the university auditorium and an exhibition at the seminar hall, aimed to encourage youth to consider crafts as a viable profession while showcasing the cultural heritage of Northeast India.

Ruovilhoukho Chuzho, Founder of Naga Feather Pvt Ltd and a recipient of the State Entrepreneur Award 2025, was the guest speaker. He shared his personal journey, urging students to stop waiting for the future and instead start building it with "courage and intention."

He drew a distinction between business and entrepreneurship, noting that while business often centers on profit, entrepreneurship is driven by vision, creativity, and meaningful impact.

Chuzho encouraged students to become job creators who build opportunities for others, thereby contributing to the growth and resilience of their communities, “leaving behind a legacy of empowerment, innovation, and sustainability.”
