Dimapur, May 17 (MExN): The Micro Finance Cell of Nagaland State Cooperative Bank Ltd visited Kidima Village on May 16. Kidima is the adopted village of Nagaland State Cooperative Bank Ltd, PR Hill Branch Kohima.
Micro Finance Cell Nodal Officer, V. K Disong in a press release informed that NSCB Ltd, PR Hill Branch has sanctioned 40 KCC loan to Kidima farmers. The sanction letters were handed to Keholeshu Tepa, coordinator, Farmer’s Club, Kidima Village by P. P Bose, Branch manager, NSCB Ltd, PR Hill Br.
During the visitation, village council chairman Mekruzeto Rikha welcomed the team while V. K Disong, Nodal Officer, Micro Finance Cell deliberated on formation and function of SHGs and JLGs and various scheme available with the bank. Meanwhile, Apokla Longkumer, Assistant Nodal Officer, MFC highlighted on the insurance coverage schemes and its benefits for the borrowers.
