Viswema, July 15 (MExN): The Viswema Youth Organisation, in collaboration with the Kohima District Archery Association (KDAA), organised a two-day archery coaching camp for children aged between 12 and 16 years at the Multipurpose Hall in Viswema village.
A total of 46 participants attended the coaching camp held on July 13 and 14, where they were introduced to the basic skills and techniques of archery.
Officials of the Kohima District Archery Association expressed confidence in the participants' potential and encouraged them to pursue the sport with dedication and perseverance to achieve success and win medals in future competitions.
The Viswema Youth Organisation thanked the KDAA for organising the coaching camp at the grassroots level and inspiring young participants to take up archery.
The organisation also appreciated the association's commitment to identifying and nurturing young talent and promoting the growth of archery in the community.
