Pfutsero, July 5 (MExN): As part of targeted intervention, a three-day random testing cum special vaccination drive was organized for high risk groups at Pfutsero Town Sports Complex from July 2 to 4 by the Block Task Force on COVID-19, Pfutsero. A cumulative total of 738 persons were inoculated during the three days random testing cum vaccination drive. 

According to a DIPR report, the first two days of dedicated COVID 19 Random Testing and Vaccination Sessions were organized for road construction workers of Pfutsero-Phek and Kohima-Jessami roads. 

On July 4, a special vaccination drive was organized for shopkeepers, labourers, taxi drivers, vegetable/fruits suppliers and the public. 

The BTF expressed gratitude to Immanuel Baptist Church, Rukizu Baptist Church and Calvary Baptist Church for providing lunch to health workers and frontline workers, the KALOS Society for active assistance, the Traders Union and Pfutsero Town and civil societies for active cooperation and the 14 Assam Rifles, Pfutsero Company for pitching tent houses.
