‘Nagas need a mindset change’
Neichute Doulo, CEO, Entrepreneurs Associates said that Nagas need a mindset change and a paradigm shift from solely looking at government jobs as the most secured and prosperous life time engagement to entrepreneurship.

While government jobs may give immediate social recognition and income, entrepreneurship will build a business system creating jobs and immeasurable wealth, he said while speaking at the seminar on “Entrepreneurship.”

We must not limit Business to shops or small retails in Nagaland but build business empires in Indian and global markets, he said adding that “This way the first Naga Entrepreneur would be one who has a Rs.1000 Crore balance sheet annually without relying on govt payments, but generating money from the sea of markets.”

We must become real business people and not be limited by livelihood business or self employment. We need to build real businesses which are not dependent on govt payments but where cash flows come from market, he said.

Doulo also said that Nagas must learn to do business with each other and help local micro business owners to grow.
