DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 19 (MExN): The 7th Sangpangsanger Zunga football trophy was kicked off by Er K Wati, Joint Director, Employment, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship at Chakpa village football ground on December 19.
Er K Wati exhorted the players and the gathered youths about the importance of cultivating the essence of humility in a person’s life, especially youths who have embarked their path in the field of entertainment and sports. He also stated that inculcating a habit of maintaining a healthy and a disciplined lifestyle during their youth will go a long way in their chosen career.
Earlier, the program was chaired by Toshila Asso. Pastor (W), CBC. Tiatemsu, Convenor, Trophy Planning Committee gave the welcome address. Short speeches were also delivered by Imkonglemba, Chakpa village council chairman and I Lanutoshi Lkr, President, Chakpa Senso Telongjem, Mokokchung.
