Mokokchung, January 18 (DIPR): The 1st round of Intensive Pulse polio Immunization (IPPI) was successfully carried out at Mokokchung along with the rest of the country on January 17. District Immunization Officer Mokokchung has informed that altogether 8936 children from 0 to 5 years have received polio drops from 193 IPPI Booths. He also informed that on 18th and 19th January, health workers and volunteers will continue to carry out the IPPI door to door to ensure that no children is missed out in receiving the polio drops.
