Nagaland Police today defeated Mustang FC 3-2 in the last match of Game Week-3 of the ongoing 8th Morning Premier League (MPL) 2024 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.
Sosang connected the first goal for Nagaland Police in the 25th minute while Amugha contributed two goals for the team in the 46th and 80th minute.
Ruokuo and Allen netted a goal each for Mustang FC in the 11th and 38th minute respectively.
Till July 12, Vanguard Old Boys FC, Unity FC and Morung United occupied top list of MPL with 6 points each, followed by Gethemgo FC and Merhulietsa FC with 4 points each and Mustang FC, Kohima Police and Morning FC with 3 points each.
Meanwhile, Game Week- 4 matches will start from July 15 onwards.
