DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 14 (MExN): A Scooter bearing Registration No. NL01-E-7640 was found abandoned for about two months at Old Jalukie Village and despise which no person claimed to be the owner of the same and therefore Old Jalukie Village Youth Organization inform the rightful owner to come and claim the vehicle on or before October 22.
