Dimapur, November 29 (MExN): Abiogenesis recently performed at the Manipur Cherry Blossom cum Flower Festival on November 23 in Mao Gate.
An update from the band stated that the three-day festival included camping, local food stalls, flower and vegetable stalls, cherry tree lightings, concert, competition and exhibition, etc.
The festival was held as a part of Sangai Festival and was managed by ICCR, Guwahati Regional Office.
The band also performed at the Indigenous Folk Music Show at Manipur Sangai ‘Festival of Oneness’ at Urbaan Hut, Nilakuthi in Imphal on November 27.
This seven-day festival which commenced on November 21 was curated and organised by Imphal based team ‘A Native Tongue Called Peace,’ it stated.
‘Unfortunately show scheduled for December 2 at the Cloud Festival at Ialong Tourist village, West Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya has been postponed due to the recent border incident at Assam – Meghalaya border,’ the release stated.
