Dimapur, September 29 (MExN): The ACAUT Nagaland attention has filed a “complaint petition for criminal defamation” on September 29 against one individual identified as one Vyca Shihovinu Aye.
According to a press release from Media Cell ACAUT, the concerned individual made a comment on the Facebook group, The Naga Spear, alleging that the “ACAUT leaders has demanded ten lakhs and a fortuner vehicle from the then CM, TR Zeliang.”
“In order to clear and dispense this defamation ACAUT has filed a complaint petition,” it stated.
In this connection, the ACAUT appealed fellow members and the general public to “refrain from further circulation of this defamatory comment in social media” as the matter is under judicial consideration, and therefore subjudic.
